Let’s talk!!
Gabby Franco isn’t just a former Olympian turned performance psychology consultant. She is a high-pressure performer who rebuilt her life after a collapse—and now teaches others how to execute when nothing feels stable.

BACKGROUND
I am a mental performance coach, athlete, firearms instructor, motivational speaker, and advocate for individual rights and personal empowerment. I gained international recognition through my Olympic shooting achievements and participation in the History Channel TV show TOP SHOT. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology.
My hope is to help as many people I can to focus on balanced performance—integrating mindset, emotional health, and personal values to help clients win in their sport, their careers, and their lives.

Why Working With Gabby?
SHE UNDERSTANDS PRESSURE FROM THREE DIFFERENT ANGLES
Elite Sport Pressure: Olympics-level consequence, precision, and expectation.
Public Evaluation Pressure: Public figure, public speaking, judgment, visibility, and lack of control over narrative.
Life-Disruption Pressure: Financial stress, identity loss, and rebuilding confidence from zero.
TACTICAL CALM UNDER STRESS
(not just “mindset”)
Because of her shooting background, Gabby has a natural entry into breath control, micro-focus, emotional regulation under time constraint, and precision decision-making.
She understands that performance is more than mental toughness. It is about calm, precise execution under stress.
EVIDENCE + EXPERIENCE
Gabby bridges formal psychological training and performance experience, which is rare in the field.
Many elite performers who become coaches lack formal psychological training. Many psychologists lack elite performance experience.
Gabby possesses both!
