At GabbyFranco.com, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations for classes are processed.
a. GROUP classes AND SEMINARS
- Refunds will not be issued for requests made within 10 days of the class date unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will only be entitled to 50% of the class cost.
- A complete refund request must be submitted 10 days before the scheduled class date.
- Group classes are defined as training sessions Gabby conducts outside her hometown, which may include a seminar. These events require unrecoverable expenses that include lodging and transportation, among others.
B. pRIVATE CLASSES
- A complete refund may be awarded within 72 hours after the class reservation.
- A credit for the amount of the session will be held indefinitely until the student chooses to use it.
C. ONLINE COURSES
- Refunds for pre-recorded classes are only available if the content has not been accessed.
- Partial refunds for individual classes within a bundle are not available.
D. Packages or Bundles
- Refunds for bundled classes will only be issued if none of the courses in the package have been accessed.
- Partial refunds for individual classes within a bundle are not available.
E. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Classes already attended or completed.
- Digital materials, handouts, or downloads provided as part of the class.
- Gift cards or promotional offers.
- Downloadable products.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Await Confirmation: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your request.
- Submit a Request: Email info@gabbyfranco.com with the subject line: “Refund Request.” Include your name, order number, and the reason for your request.
- Provide Supporting Documentation: Attach any supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates) if applicable.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
a. Cancellations by the participant (group classes)
- Refer to section 1.A. if you need to cancel a group class.
- If you cannot attend a group class, you may request to change the date (subject to availability) or transfer your spot to another person, especially if the 10 days required to receive a full refund have elapsed.
- Any change requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the class date.
b. Cancellations by the participant (private classes)
- Appointment cancelations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours before the scheduled class.
- A 35-dollar fee will be applied when students reschedule the training less than 48 hours before the scheduled class.
- No-shows will be treated as if the class was conducted in full.

If Gabby Franco cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session.

Our refund and returns policy on products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
