I have dedicated more than two-thirds of my life to shooting sports and the firearms industry. Over the past 25 years, I have traveled to more than a dozen countries and won several international medals. I participated in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and competed in two seasons of the History Channel reality show Top Shot. These achievements are just a few highlights of my journey in the firearms industry.
“– Sport Pistol (.22 lr)
– Coaches: Otar & Guillermo
– Mental and physical preparation: 5:05 PM
– Competition: 6:00 PM
I am a strong and brave girl; I am a fighter.”
I will honor this competition by dedicating it to my hard work, my commitment to the sport, and to myself. I have performed well in the past; the only difference has been the location. I am confident that I can achieve even better results now. My pistol remains the same, so ultimately, I am the only one responsible for making a perfect shot.
Regardless of the shooting discipline I practice or compete in, Olympic shooting has provided me with a mental advantage that many people overlook. It enhances my skills and boosts my confidence. I focus on Olympic shooting because it improves all aspects of my pistol shooting. Ultimately, it helps me develop my most valuable asset: my mind.
